Summer's Hollow HOA secretary welcomed the new retail but asked St. John Properties to again post no-construction-traffic signs, and urged removal or mitigation of the lot-one exit onto Old Liberty Road, which sits dangerously close to Gerra Way and Exchange Drive amid a giant sycamore that blocks sightlines.

A Ronsdale Road resident described the three-way stop as a daily 'game of chicken' and asked for rumble strips, flashing lights, or better signage — inexpensive fixes — before more development makes it worse.

An HOA board member-at-large said the intersection functions as an unenforced two-way stop, demanded a four-way stop at Old Liberty and Exchange plus a three-way stop at Gerra Way and Old Liberty, and said her repeated inquiries to staff and the developer have gone nowhere.
