Owner of a Collins Avenue property asked for a cluster of evergreens between the gravel wetlands and new lot six to break up the direct winter sightline to his glass-walled sunroom.

Bartholow Road resident said he was told the land behind him would stay wetlands, asked for pine screening, questioned the unrecorded third Lions Crossing lot, and raised concerns about Wi-Fi signal saturation affecting his Department of War work.

Reported an undocumented spring that consistently floods their yard, said they've already called the developers about runoff, and demanded to see the updated swale and drainage plans.
