City of Westminster Annexation #88 (Route 309, LLC)
Carroll County
Description
Westminster wants to annex 2.49 acres on McGregor Road so Route 309 LLC can build a propane distribution facility with two 30,000-gallon tanks and a future office building. This was informational only — no county action needed.
Impact summary
The site is already in Westminster's growth area with industrial zoning on both sides of the line, so the annexation itself changes little — but a propane facility near the county line is worth knowing about.
